Located in Stoughton Massachusetts it's two owners Frederick D. Bates and Stephen F. Bates have a combined
forty seven years of experience in all aspects of remodeling and general contracting.
Bates Remodeling is a fully licensed and insured General Contracting firm that is also registered with the
state of Massachusetts to do home improvements. We pride ourselves on the superior quality of our work as
well as timely service, competitive pricing and proven customer satisfaction.

our jobs are done right the first time and on schedule as promised. To insure this quality and accuracy,
all of our equipment is kept up to date and is always presentable while on your property. All of our
employees are trained and are well groomed throughout all projects. Every estimate is based on a full
site inspection and a review of the specifications for each individual job. We then prepare your estimate
by computer so you can be sure that all of the elements that you requested are listed in the estimate.
